The design copyright of our products remains our property at all times and may not be reproduced or copied without our written permission.
Due to the hand made nature of the product we produce there may be minor variations from item to item.
Any quotation is valid for 30 days following an enquiry.
All goods remain the property of Rosie Primrose until payment is received in full.
60% of the order value must be received before work will commence.
Any changes requested are at the discretion of Rosie Primrose. If work has not commenced simple changes to wording/style will be free. If work has commenced (normally within 4-6 weeks of delivery date) a charge will be incurred.
Orders placed are subject to the availability of materials from our suppliers, if we are unable to supply the exact stationery you ordered we will offer the choice of a refund of your deposit or the option to change your order.
Once your order is accepted we will issue an estimated delivery date, we will endeavour to meet this date but should this not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control you will be advised as soon as this becomes apparent. To avoid doubt time is not the essence of this agreement.
Upon completion of your order you will be contacted and asked for the outstanding balance of the order + postage and packing at cost. All items will be sent recorded delivery. Upon receipt of cleared funds your order will be despatched.
Our standard lead time for an order is 6 weeks from confirmation of final details to delivery to you. This is only a guide though and we can provide an express service dependant on our work load and your requirements.
Minimum deposit is 20%, if the order value is under £50 full payment is required at the time of the order. The deposit is non refundable. The balance is due before delivery/collection of the order. We accept cash, cheque, postal order, bank transfer or Pay pal payments
A minimum of 4 weeks notice before delivery date are required for any increase or decrease in order quantity. If it is less than 4 weeks until delivery contact us and we will advise whether amendments to the order are still possible. In the case of cancellation the amount paid is non refundable and if the cancellation is within 4 weeks of the delivery date 100% of the final balance is due.
All prices include VAT @ 17.5%.
